We provide a same day response time to all service calls. It doesn’t matter if it’s copiers, fax machines or laser printers. The difference with Perfecta is that we truly understand how important your business equipment is to your daily production.

The reason for our remarkable growth is simple. We hire the best people, train them to truly understand the business, but more importantly, to understand the customers in the business.
We offer incredibly reasonable per call rates and maintenance agreements on all Sharp copiers, Mita and Canon facsimile machines. We also service HP laser printers. We love the old copiers as well as the new ones.
As with anything Perfecta Business Service does, if you’re not completely satisfied with your experience with Perfecta, you don’t pay.
Service rates
Our service rates are $85.00 per first hour minimum. After the first hour time is billed in 15-minute increments at $15.00 per quarter hour. If a part is required the customer will only be charged for the time it takes to put the part in.
